Rajinikanth

Rajinikanth was born in Karnataka, India on December 12, 1950. His parents, Ramabai and Ramoji Rao Gaekwad, had four children. Shivaji Rao Gaekwad was his given name. He lost his mother when he was five years old. He attended the Acharya Patasala in Bangalore and later the Vivekananda Balak Sangh, a Ramakrishna Mission branch. His mother tongue is Marathi, yet he has not appeared in any films in that language. He had to do a variety of odd jobs before launching his career in the film industry. In Bangalore, he worked as a bus conductor for the Karnataka State Transport Corporation. During this time, he developed his acting skills by appearing in a number of stage productions.

Since the 1970s, Rajinikanth has dominated the Tamil film industry. His primary focus is on Tamil films, however he has also starred in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Hollywood productions. Before enrolling at the Madras Film Institute, he worked as a bus conductor. With his distinct style, dramatic dialogue, and larger-than-life characters, he launched his acting career and swiftly soared to superstardom. His films, which are famed for their high-octane action sequences and socially important themes, have earned him a devoted fan base known as the "Rajini fandom." He was a huge star in Bollywood, South Indian cinema (Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada), and other film industries.

Between the years 2000 and 2010, he earned 26 crores as an actor, making him the best paid Asian actor just after Jackie Chan. He is a devoted Baba fanatic. He is a spiritual man. Aishwarya, Rajinikanth's daughter, is married to another actor, Dhanush. Rajinikanth made his film debut alongside Kamal Haasan and Srividya in Tamil cinema. Balachandar is the director. In the same year, he made a brief appearance in the Kannada film Katha Sangama.

In 1983, Rajnikanth made his film debut alongside Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in the film Andhaa Kanoon. He co-starred alongside Bachchan in two other Hindi films, one of which was 1991's Hum. After years of speculation, Rajinikanth finally confirmed on December 31st, 2017 that he would enter politics in time for the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly Election. Rajnikanth went on to star in many of India's biggest blockbusters, including Moondru Mugam, Thalapathi, Baasha, Padayappa, and the science-fiction thriller Enthiran and its sequel, 2.0, in which he played both the robot Chitti Babu and its designer Dr. Vaseegaran. Rajnikanth's acting style was distinguished by unfettered exaggeration and overt gestures. Rajnikanth was the villain everyone despised, whether he was Sujatha's sadistic husband in Avargal (1977), the wolf in sheep's clothing in Moondru Mudichu (1976), or the lust-filled village rowdy in Bharathiraja's Pathinaru Vayathinile (1977).

Rajinikanth

On December 29th, 2020, Rajinikanth reversed his earlier decision to form a political party. An open letter from the superstar to his followers and the people of Tamil Nadu explained his decision not to run for office and included an apology. Mullum Malarum, Moondru Mugam, Muthu, Padayappa, Chandramukhi, and Sivaji were all nominated for and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Rajinikanth. But the fans wanted action, and that's what they got in a Rajni film. For the past 25 years, he has been at the top of his game. He has been recognized twice by the Indian government for his artistic achievements, first with the Padma Bhushan in 2000 and then again with the Padma Vibhushan in 2016. He received the "Centenary Award for Indian Film Personality of the Year" at the 45th Annual International Film Festival of India in 2014.

Rajinikanth has served as a model for generations of actors. Bengali actor Soham Chakraborty, like many others in the industry, is a tremendous fan of the South superstar. Few people are aware that Soham accompanied Rajinikanth on his visits to Belur and Dakshineswar for Devi darshan at the Dakshineswar mandir. "I believe that almost every actor in our film fraternity, whether new or experienced, aspires to achieve the status of Rajinikanth in their own right." "He is also a living example for many people that hard work always pays off," the actor says. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's recent release, 'Annaatthe,' which was launched in theaters on Diwali, has reportedly collected more than Rs 250 crore at the box office.
